See High Command.
He 111
The Heinkel He-111 is the primary heavy bomber of the German Luftwaffe. It carries 8 250kg bombs, and is armed with 5 turret-mounted Mg 34 machine guns for defense. It is currently the only true heavy bomber in the game.
The He-111 is primarily used for RDP bombing, and is seldom seen in use as a tactical bomber because of its slow speed, poor manouverability, and general poor defense. Unlike the Havoc and DB-7, it is unable to outmanouver or evade attackers, and so is generally seen at high-altitude in order to avoid detection. It is considered an RDP bomber, and is the only german bomber that sets off enemy aircraft EWS over towns.

High Command
In Battleground Europe's (like real war), organization is key. A small body of organized, well-supported troops can easily annihilate a disorganized mob many times their number. The game map is an enormous environment with hundreds of towns covering vast distances, all being fought over by legions of soldiers on both sides. To instill order out of what could be utter chaos; command structures help to enhance the experiences of individuals and squads by providing leadership and organization.
To organize the two teams, each side has a command structure called the High Command (HC). These command structures are made up of soldiers who take on the broader responsibilities of organizing, motivating, and leading their team into battle. These officers have earned their position by earning the respect of their fellow soldiers and proving their leadership abilities. The responsibility of the High Commands to the community is to look at the whole picture and deploy their troops in a way that gives their side the best chance at victory.
